Plain terms for a small tool.

Booking Side Notes is a companion to your calendar. It is not a booking system and never changes availability, sends reminders, or writes back to a calendar.

Using the app

You are responsible for your source calendar, the accuracy of imported information, and following applicable privacy duties for client data. Keep your own backups using the app’s JSON export. Do not rely on this app for emergency, medical, safety-critical, or legally required notifications.

Trail Kit purchase

Trail Kit costs US $12 as a one-time purchase and unlocks one-tap operational phrases on a licensed device. The full note workflow, daily brief, print, and data backup remain free. Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record. Checkout and refunds are handled there; a refunded, expired, revoked, or wrong-product license no longer unlocks Trail Kit.

Availability and warranty

The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability, to the extent allowed by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product where such a limit is permitted.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected by the effective date on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to support@sociobot.in.
