Booking Side Notes stores imported calendar details and side notes locally in your browser. We do not receive, sync, profile, or sell that data.

Data on your device

The app saves minimized appointment fields—name, start/end time, location, and calendar identifier—plus the notes you create in IndexedDB. This is needed to keep the app useful offline. You can export all data from the app. Clearing site data in your browser deletes the local archive.

Calendar files

ICS files are parsed on your device and are not uploaded. Fields outside the minimum needed for the daily view are discarded. The app does not modify or send events back to your calendar.

Licenses

If you buy or restore Trail Kit, a license token and verification time are saved in localStorage. The token is sent to the Sociobot billing API only to check whether it is valid. Hosted checkout is operated by Sociobot/Dodo as merchant of record and is subject to their checkout privacy terms. Payment details never pass through this app.

Network and tracking

The installed app makes no analytics, advertising, background-sync, font, or CDN requests. It contacts the Sociobot API only when a license needs verification or you choose the checkout link. The service worker checks this site for app updates during normal visits.

Your choices

Use “Export all data” before clearing browser storage or moving devices. You can use the complete note, print, and export workflow without a license. Questions can be sent to privacy@sociobot.in.
